Getting in touch
This site has no ticketing system, no live chat and no phone number, and a correction arrives by the same route everything else in this category arrives by. If a published address stops answering, or the details on a page here do not match what you are looking at on the far side of it, that report is useful and the more useful version of it arrives with the address attached and the date you looked.
A market’s support desk lives on the other side of the onion address, inside the account, in the message system the market runs. A directory in front of it cannot read a ticket, cannot see an order and has no way to move a coin.

What this site is not
It is not the shop, not the wallet and not the dispute desk. It has no address in the postal sense to print on this page, no registered office and no opening hours, and pretending otherwise on a page about a service whose whole point is that it has no fixed location would be the first invented fact on it. If a real postal address is required for a specific use, that belongs on the invoice of whatever the market sold you and not here.
Before you write
Check the tail of the address you are writing about. A large share of reports about a dead mirror turn out to be a bookmark to an address that was retired, which is a different situation with a different remedy, and the two are easy to mix up at the point where you are already annoyed.
